Cancellations
Wrongly placed order
SweetnSourArts will allow up to a 48 hour grace period when it comes to orders being accidentally placed. We will offer a refund within that time period unless the order has already been shipped, then we cannot do anything to honor a refund.
Pre Orders
All preorders cannot be cancelled, the only exception is if the production for the item hasn’t started yet. Please not all pre orders are going towards the production of the item. When cancelling a pre order, the time it takes for the item to be in production will be longer.
Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock due to an error in the inventory, we will offer a refund or allow you to switch your item with another item in our inventory.
Order inquiries
If you place a pre order within your overall order, your order will not be shipped until all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you want your items to come sooner, please place separate orders. If you have trouble with your order whether if it’s been shipped or not, you can contact us and we will help fix the situation.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through UPS standard ground shipping. If you would like to have your order shipped to a P.O box, it will be shipped using USPS. All orders will come with tracking.
